Default ?...Pioneer DVD unit with extra LCD

Hello all,

I have a Pioneer AVH-6600DVD head unit with a 6.5 inch touch screen. After using it for awhile I realize I don't like having the screen open (just don't care for the look of it).

I would like to add a Farenheit LCD into the Nav cubby as many here have done.

Can someone tell me if the video out of my head unit will work with the Farenhiet screen and if so, will it display DVD's only on the Farenheit screen, or will the same images/commands that appear on the head unit screen (for radio and CD control) show up on the external LCD as well? I understand the Farenheit is not touch screen...I am ok with that.

Thanks in advance for the input.

Jason

ok...well, no responses.

So I got the Farenheit...installed it. Works great for DVD's...doesn't work at all for normal tuner functions.
