A very clean look that took 2 1/2 hours to install. In addition to looking good, I can't believe the difference the Eclipse AVX2494 made in the Bose Sound System . The only thing removed was the Double DIN in-dash unit.

I wish someone would come out with a cheap double DIN unit without the screen and have big buttons instead. :endrant:

That does look very nice, thinking of going with the 5495 unit, but not sure if the price is worth it, like the 30 gig hard drive

Did you have to run new wires to the speakers or does this kit use the stock amp?

Mesa Radio did the install. I was monitoring the install from start to finish. NO "new" wires were run to the speakers or amp. Everything was done within the center console and emergency brake console with the parts from Peripheral. ALL I can say is the Bose system in my Z has never sounded this good.
