sub boxes on ebay are a joke. It's not worth it to waste your time or money, I learned the hard way.

i'd be a little hesitant to buy something off of ebay as well. i do like the design, but the quality would be questionable.

well, to be perfectly honest, from my perspective, for about that much, maybe a teeny bit more, i would build a box that looks a lot better than that. with matching vinyl to cover the hole isntead of carpet...

from the materials used it should be fine as an enclosure, but i dont quite get the whole custom yet mass produced theme, i would say, if you plan to get a sub installed ina a unique way, get the sub,a nd then have someone build a box specifically for that sub, and have it fit in the vehicle as well as it can

I don't like that box, but I like the rest. He's sold a few on here, and I think everyone has been very satisfied. $130 is pretty fair IMO.

i used to think that ebay sub boxes HAD to be crap, but i will say... i bought this box on ebay and it was VERY well designed.... extremely solid 3/4" MDF all around, well assembled, even caulked the seams inside to make sure it was airtight... he also had no problem customizing mine for a single 10" instead of his default double 10" configuration. i gotta say that i was impressed for the price i paid... he makes 350z under-strut boxes too i believe (singe 10 or double)

I do agree with you to a certain extent but not all of them are crap... I did my research when I bought mine and Im very happy with it... I bought mine from Mike (ZEnclosures) I think it was $99.00 plus shipping and it fits my 10W6V2 perfecty not to mention everything is flush with the panels...

I bought the under strut bar 10" from the same person selling this on ebay. And i have to say the sub box was EXCELLENT.... I am sure this box was made with the same quality.

I had the understrut bar box as well. It was ok, not enough thump for me. So I sold the box and bought the JL audio stealth box. Gave me the thump I was looking for but now I need new front and rear speakers.

dont you think that the subs/amps you run on the understrut bar box will also determine your "thump". i have 2 10w7s under the strut, and i will bet that it has alot more "thump" than than the stealth box
