Sorry if this is like the millionth time someone asked this question but I tried to search but didn't know what to seach for

So, I've just bought a Kenwood DDX 7025 dubble din headunit because I'm tired of having nissan changing the bose headunit, so I read some time ago there is some kind of converter so that you can use the bose amps with an aftermarket headunit.
