I"m looking to buy a short antenna for my z. I would like to know if they make one that would match the aluminium finish of the handle bars or maybe a black pearl finish? Also how easy is this to install? thanks in advance fellas.

 

If you want just the black one everyone on this forum has, go to your local honda dealership and buy a Honda Element antenna. For the aluminum finished one, check ebay. They are really easy to install, just screw on and off.

+1 Perrin is the way to go.

 

I got mine off Ebay, it's an aftermarket IS300 antenna. Works pretty good and is a good deal shorter than the OEM antenna. It also seems straighter than the Honda antennas I've seen.

No, they're similar, but the Element one fits better IMO.

Ebay has a nice selection of antennas. I got one that was a little wavy to match my Nismo sideskirts. Inexpensive too! It's metal, so if you wanted to paint it, you could do so easily.
