I am in the market for a new Digital Movie Camera. I wanted to ask your opinions on what are the best ones for the money. Where is the best place to get a deal on one. I am not looking for the best, just a decent model at a good price.

First, how much are you willing to spend on a digi-cam?

Right now im using a Sony PC110 miniDV. Picked it up for like 1400-1500 when it first came out (about 2 years ago). I think its pretty good. The video quality is crisp and the camcorder is relatively small. The bonus is that it comes with a 1-megapixel still camera. It connects easily to a computer with a firewire card. Transports the pictures through USB. Has a variety of optional lenses like wide angles. But i like it mainly because it is small.
