Default alarm check

Last week a friend had his New Nissan stolen with an aftermarket alarm. His Installer did not wire it "open kill". Hire a Pro Installer to verify your alarm is effective.

The thieves found the *uncut* remote starter spare key. Our insurance rates will cover this lousy alarm install!

The police have security video, his stripped car and are searching for the crooks!

>open-kill?

His alarm was wired closed starter-kill, meaning it required power to break starter contacts. This is disabled when the alarm is unplugged. If the Installer supports open-kill with relays (instead of solid state) they fail eventually, so carry spares.
