Kenwood DDX-8017 Question
I recently installed my system along with the Kenwood DDX-8017. Now the AM station is not as strong as when the stock unit was on. I need the local sports stations! Have you all run into this problem as well? What can I do to fix this? Thanks everyone...
AM uses the body of the car for its ground. I would make sure your ground wire is connected very well and that should clear up any problems you may have. If that doesnt work look for a AM booster

did you hook up the power'ed antenna lead? Solid blue wire from the kenwood to the solid blue wire on your harness adptor. The 350 has a "booster" of sorts, like many of the new Honda's, that needs to be powered up to get max signal.
