but not in a Z...wanna put the 2 12's out in my garage in my Dodge Durango. It's a 2004 with an infinity system, the stock sub is ok but doesn't move enough air. I've got 2 12" phoenix gold woofers in my garage. Just need to pick up an amp for them. Anyway, the question...can I just take the stock sub out, extend the speaker wires for it and hook them up to an amp with speaker level inputs?

 

Yeah that should be ok. If anything just grab the full range signal right off the factory amp.

 

Any way I could make use of a 5ch amp I've got sitting around for this project?
