Needed to construct an amp rack for both amps. They're going in the cubby behind the driver seat... here it is... (btw - dont mind the shoddy construction/wood cutting - it should never be shown)

made some cuts so I could adjust the gains and whatnot

the sub box instaled. this thing is a beast

the box takes up minimal space + what every good diy audio install needs for about a week after the install... a fire extinguisher!

finally, a close up shot of the ipod wire hole

that's it for pics... sounds really great, have to keep tuning a little but really really happy. i think the boston acoustics i had in my last z were a little nicer but I had these anyway so figured I'd use 'em.

took forever but very happy with the outcome!

Quick question: HOw did all the paneling back there come off? any screws? or just all those tabs? If so did it all pop out pretty easily? Thanx

BTW system looks great!

Very nice and clean set up. Hope you added extra fans in the amp rack compartment to circulate the hot air in & out.

I haven't added fans yet. As the warm and then hot weather comes I'm going to see if I get a shut down. If so i'll address it then (probably with a bose grill cover and two fans)

thanks for compliments!

Good job, looks great.

How did you run the wires to the door speakers? Through the connectors?
