Bose Subwoofer Problem.
Hey all,
Alright so im driving around yada yada yada and I start to listen closer to the CD that I am playing. Well no sound or anything coming from the sub. So I pull over, move the seat forward and turn up the radio. Nothing at all, no static nothing. I used to be heavy into car audio years ago. Just looking for som tips on what to check first. Because I am not about to get into replacing the whole system with after market. I just want the stock sub to work again.
Thank you all for you help ahead of time.
George.

The amplifier is located just to the inside of the subwoofer itself. I'd start there as that's halfway through the circuit. If the input signal (line level audio) is bad there try the headend cables. If it's good check the wires to the subwoofer and the amplifier itself.
Plenty of guys have both the "amplifier" and Bose subwoofer "speakers" laying around gathering dust.

Some of us also have some 6.5" Boston Pros, MB Quart coaxils, Phoenix Gold amp, Phoenix Gold 30 band EQ, and Alpine deck laying around for sale as well. Stock stuff in another box, but I'm keeping that.
