Default Finishing up my system...need a little more help!!!

Ok...so I have purchased almost everything i will need for my car audio system but i am still need a few things and need some advice.

I have bought so far:
Eclipse Avn5435 Navigation deck w/ sirius and ipod adapters
Rainbow SLC265 6.5" Component speakers
Jl 10w6 10" subwoofer
Zenclosures understrut box
No rear speakers (taking advice from other members on here)

This is where I need the help...

What kind of amp should I get?? I was thinking about a nice 4 channel amp because I would like to run about 80-100 watts RMS to the Rainbow components and I would like to bridge the other 2 channels to the 10w6 sub.
Is this possible to do??

I have heard good things about Phoenix Gold amps and they are reasonably priced. Any other suggestions are also welcome.

Also...I have heard a lot of good things about NAZAR's pods. Would these sound better than putting my components in the stock locations?? I just am new to all of this high end audio stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot guys!!

Phoenix Gold Xenon 200.4

You can only get them through ebay now I think. 200 watts rms x 4

With those comps you would be just wasting money if you didnt do the pods or kick panels.

I have an old school Phoenix Gold M44 (triple darlington amp) for sale. Amazing SQ amp if you are interested.

Nazar's pods are nice, and will give you a nice imaging benefit as well as they look pretty nice.

Who is doing your install?

Solid amp. That amp would do those Seas comps justice.

Jim have you replaced any of the caps in the amp?

Nice set-up! I guess I'd choose an amp that's capable of handling the 10w6 in bridged mode...depends on how you wire it.
