Default Fiberglassing a 10" Behind the Passenger Seat

Allright guys this summer im going to have some extra time on my hands and Im thinking about Fiberglassing a 10" sub box in the glove box behind the passenger seat. The fiberglassing is the easy part, its the air space and stuff im a nub with.

Now I have a few questions.

1. Can i just glass the inside of the glove box compartment, or do i need more space than this?

2. What type of sub should I be going with. i dont want something big w/ a heavy magnet. i was thinking one of the smaller JLs that nazar sells with his behind the seat sub boxs...
