Speaker Replacement for Bose?
i've seen this question posted a few times, but never seen the answer. one poster said replacing the stock speakers is impossible b/c of differing ohms levels. i got my z last week and it seems like the system could benefit from an mb quart or 4. thanks in advance.
...and forgive the newby question if this has been addressed a hundred times.

alright, i've learned from another forum that most choose to replace the amp and speakers but retain the head unit, which i'd like to do as well.
however, in the interim, i wonder if it's possible to only replace the speakers and keep using the old amp. this obviously won't do the whole trick, but i'll certainly be an improvement. anybody know if this is viable?

I have hread its the amp. I think an EQ would help but i dont think that would fix the hole problem.
When i get my Z Im not geting the bose upgrade even if there were no problems I think it's better to get set up your own after market system.
If i were u i would just go and replace the amp and the speakers.
