Any navi that hooks up to an existing screen?

Any navi that hooks up to an existing screen?
I already have a 7" screen in my car and I want to get a Navi system but I would like it to run through my existing screen. Mine is not a touch screen so I guess the unit would have to come with controlls or use voice controll. TIA for any help.
