Kinda 50/50 on the huge Z but maybe painted to match the color of my car would make it look better?!?!? I thought having the subs divided would produce better sound quality? I had a custom box for two 10" subs with similar dimensions made for my Nissan Titan, only difference was that it was not divided. I did not like the sound that it produced, when placed in a dual chamber box it sounded a lot better, maybe it was just the subs I had?

You could go with the shallow depth Pioneer subs:

They only need .35-.7 airspace each

Will the Zenclosure be good?
.67 cu ft per sub/chamber?

The 0.67 cu. ft. is going to be close to the 0.75 of my box.
(where's that darn java calculator link?)

Between the Zenclosure with 0.67cu (trying to get closer to the 0.94 cu you calculated). and the tccustomsaudio one with 1.95f^3, mono chamber.

Considering that the TCcustom is almost double the price...
what would you guys recommend??

Actually I calculated Qtc "The system's Q at resonance (Fc), due to all losses; dimensionless" ... which is the result of running the pair of JL subwoofer's Thiel Small parameters though the size of 0.75 cu.ft.
An "ideal" Qtc is 0.707 - an excessive Qtc would normally be concidered 1.4 and above where you'll see +5 dB of box gain and a loss of bottom end.
I found the java calculator.

This is for one speaker in a box.
http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=26
This one supports 1 or more speakers (drivers)
Isobaric refers to a pair of subwoofers mounted cone to cone - normally select "no" on this option.

There a very few woofers out there that will correctly work in a box like this.
The TC box is much nicer as far as airspce is concerned.
Paul is referring to the box being overdamped. It will essentially have a really nice "hard" punch, but no thump/rumble .... not really a subwoofer as most are concerned.

check out wickedcas.com. I just bought door pods from them.. nice fiberglass work and they make enclosures specifically for the Z.
I use a JL fiberglass stealthbox. Problem with that is with a fiberglass box like mine, you can only fit stamped metal basket subs.....(so sad as I have access to tons of great subs with cast baskets)
If your fiberglass box is provisioned with holes to bolt in the sub, the same holes you use for a stamped basket sub will not acomodate a cast basket sub.
I pulled out the 10W3 v2's for some memphis subs. The best ones I could get with a stamped metal basket. I think the JL subs are overpriced for what you get out of them.

I had the Z-Enclosures box first then later switched to the TC Customs one. I listen to rap/r&b mainly, so the Z-Enclosures box would not produce the sound I wanted. If you want mostly hard, tight bass (like the bass produced from rock drums) then the Z-Enclosures will do fine. You also sacrifice decent space when you switch to the TC Customs box. Just something to keep in mind.
