6.5 inch component question
Hey all:
I have JL Audio VR650-CSi components powered by a 300/2 JL amp. They sound like @ss. The passenger side speaker sounds like it's blown. I was wondering if I could get higher end door speakers and still use the VR650 components. Would that work?
I would of course replace them with other speakers with the same power requirements: 6.5-inch (160 mm) 60W Continuous Power Handling Rec. Amp Power: 15 - 100 Watts 89.5 dB Efficiency @ 1W/1m
FR: 59 Hz - 25 KHz ± 3 dB.
Any recommendations?
The tweeters sound awesome so I want to just leave them. Is the 300/2 too much for this setup?
