i'm not sure about your problem but i had my driver window motor replaced (warranty work) about 3 months ago and now i've got my local nissan dealership replacing the passenger one. parts have not come in yet but it will also be warranty work. thank goodness for that b/c the dealership said that it would be like 300 buck a piece to do the work.

i've got an 03 as well. i hope the motors that they are using now last a little longer. 600 buck every 3 yrs is going to suck. might trade mine in and get some manual ones.

just punch the door everytime it stick. Seriously, it works (this is actually what the service guys do to the car to get it to unstick).

In the long run, you need to get it replaced ... and guess what. Nissan did their job, they made something last only as long as they had to (warranty )

Eventually the motor will die and have to be replaced. Tricks such as pounding on the inside door is a temporary fix. When it is dead it is dead.
