I have that box in my Z. The box is great, but since its fiberglass I cant upgrade to better subs that use cast baskets. There's a size difference in between stamped metal basket subs and cast basket subs.

Personally, I dont think you get your moneys worth with JL Products. I removed the JL subs and installed Memphis Audio subs. The enclosure rocks though. You might want to wait and keep an eye on the classifieds here, they do pop up for sale from time to time. I bought mine off ebay from someone who had sold his Z, I paid $400.00 + shipping.
Just something to keep in mind

BTW the box is installed behind the strut bar, not underneath. Here are the instructions for the installation of this stealthbox:

Its a god step by step guide to installing the box, it would benefit you to review it before you decide you are going to install it.

Its a great setup for someone who is looking to add some nice bumps to their ride for a decent price. I sat in a Z in Dallas when I was at an audio show that had the JL stealth box and it sounded good, the w3's pound pretty nice when powered right.
