Ecu Question!!!

The part of my ECU that controlls the Ignition might be fried. So the question is:

Can I swap my friend's ECU from a 2003 350z MT with my 2003 G35 coupe MT?

Are they compatible? I figure they are identical.

key would be the only problem, the dealership might be able to help you out with that though or pay for a full copy of his key with the transponder in it
