Default Just ordered the AVH-P6800DVD 7" LCD (INSTALLED WITH PICTURES!)

Just ordered it online and should get it tuesday and have it installed wednesday, I will post pictures of the install when I finish it.

Hopefully it will be a great dash. I reviewed alot and this was the best one I could find.

EDIT: Sorry for delay, took a little longer to install.

I have the same question! You can go in and press the ENT button and change it to what they have, I think there are about 7-8 choices, but I want to change it to something I want. The book says you can from a DVD but can't get it to work right...

Thumbs up

Looks great. How much trimming do you have to do to the Metra kit to get it to fit? You had to elongate the back two holes on the stock HU brackets to line up all 4 screws on the side of the new HU right? My dash kit arrives today Im just looking for any tips you may have....

Everything worked pretty great with the dashkit, had to shave a little off the top and mainly the bottom part had to be shaved because of the flip out. It would keep hitting the lower part so I had to shave it.

Mine would hit on the top a lot and not the bottom, I shaved it a little too much. Im **** so Ill likely buy another kit and do bette,r but for my first HU install Im very happy. Its a great unit, really fits in well with the dash of the Z.
