ION Ipod Interface

Has anyone used or installed this Ipod interface before. It states it uses the factory stereo and nav system once installed. Sounds a bit to good to be true. Just want to know if anyone has any knowledge on this adapter.

Was looking at this myself, but i have an external DVD player, and not sure if this will work. But Im subscribing to see if anyone has this.
