Thinking about new system in my CS Performance

H.U. Clarion VRX935VD 7" LCD Video Monitor DVD/CD/MP3 $1280
Sperakers (F/R) MB Quart DSD216 6.5" Components $130/pr.
Alipne 4x75W RMS 4 channel amp for components $300
2 Bazooka RS10A-HP powered tubes $255/ea

Total $2350

I have a Clarion Pro Audio head unit and MB Quart components in my other car(2000 Jeep GC) and am very pleased. Also, I have this same tube in my jeep now (sounds very good) and had 2-8" non powered tubes in my old 300ZX powered by a 2x75W amp and you can always unplug and remove them and not lose trunk space. I am not looking for show quality upgrades, just good quality in my second car.

Let me know what you think, Don't worry about hurting my feelings, I want different ideas from thosse who have done this in the Z.

nice looking deck!

I am not too thrill about those Bazookas. I rather have one good 10 inch and a clean powerful amp to drive it. It might cost one or two hundred dollars more on top of $2350 isn't much but you enjoy it for the life time of the car.

Yeah, that H.U. is great, considering other places want $720 more, its a winner.
I know most true audiophiles look down at the tubes, but I've had great luck with them. Frankly I trust SAS/Bazooka more then some joker who is buildng a box trial and error with questionable skill and fittment. A lot of the custom systems I've seen on this site are definitely very professional and look great but cost way too much.
I have a powered 12" 350W Klipsch Sub as part of my home system, and no one ever says you should have a custom sub enclosure built for your home, what's the difference? Maybe somebody has an idea, i.e. integrated look?

Thanks for the input, the more ideas the better.
