I just got the new Alpine IVA-D310 installed in the Z today. Sorry no pics yet as I am at work but will update in the morning. The system works great very nice unit. Very easy to navigate and use. The shop also installed a bypass so that I can watch and drive, only for the passengers of course, without having to deal with the whole ground to ebrake thing. They installed something so all I have to do is crank up the car and go. The module does everything. Also got a fairly good deal on the whole thing.

 

Good brand... how much did u end up paying for everything?

I have the IVA-W200 unit and all so far so good.

I ended up paying 1500 for everything including the unit, bypass module, IPOD cable, and Installation. I thought it was a pretty good deal considering the unit is around 1300.

Have you had any problems with the w200 pulse touch technology not working...dro

 

Nice install, but doens't it get hot in that top glove box (where your IPOD is located)? No I haven't had any problems with the Pulse Touch Tech. Have you? I routed my 30GB IPOD to the large center glove box btw...

 

I thought about that to but no it has not gotten hot that I know of. I will have to check that next time...
