You should be ok putting them there. There couple guys on here that have there amps in the cubby behind the seat. Search Paul350z, he has pictures of his set up in the thread. I have my head unit brain, navi, PXA-H701 unit in that cubby and they are fine.

Can you or anyone else tell how to get the 10 inch bracket removed from behind the seat. I don't know what plastic peices pop open to unsrew the metal brace thatis supposed to hold the subwoofer in the cubby!

Two amps are easy.

You have to remove the kick plates, each side plastic part covering the tiny windows and down, the passenger's cubby, and then two large pieces that make up the speaker bridge and the actual cover over the speaker/cubby area removing the 12VDC jack cable.

Paul,

This may sound dumb but where do you connect the fan to? on the amp itself? Also, I really like the way you mount the amps on top of each other and I want to do the same thing, now was it stackable from Infinity, or did you made the mount rack yourself?

The rack was homemade. I made one identical to his. (Thanks Paul for the idea)

The rack is just four 1/4" thread rods which are available from your local helpful hardware man. The fan is powered from the turn-on signal. I measured the current draw by the amplifier's circuits and bought a fan small/quiet enough that it didn't draw too much of the remaining power from the headend. The thing blows a gentle breeze between the pair of amps.
