Default Car smashed by junkies

so my car got brokened into
the driver side window is smashed
what was taken? old sneakers, and a dvd player that doesnt work
took a couple scratched cds aswel
anyways does anyone have recommendations on what kind of alarm is really good?
im gonna get an alarm and one of these that i found using the SEARCH button and looked at old threads

I worked in the City for years and quickly learned that you cannot have ANYTHING in plain sight in your car. They will break into it for the most inane thing!

Loose change is a given. Sunglasses, headphones, CDs, any cell phone accessory, garage door opener etc. These are all things that can be sold.

A cheap alarm is to not have anything visible in your car.

I use a Viper 791xv, not sure if its the best, but it does the job.

Excellent choice. The Smith and Wesson 686 in .357 is a fine weapon. I like the shorter 4 inch barrel though. Another revolver that I like are the Ruger GP-100 and GP-101's.
