Default 2007 bluetooth

How hard would something like that be to put in my 04? Around how much do you think it would cost? Of course if it's a lot I know it wouldn't be worth it but, my friend has it in his BMW and it's awesome.

No idea on an "in car" unit, but you can purchase a decent bluetooth headset for about $100.

Cheers,

Buy this Sony headunit here. Or you can buy it on ebay for a bit cheaper.

I doubt you'll be able to retro-fit it in your Z without considerable cost. First, the controls will be on the steering wheel, second, the caller ID will likely be displayed either on the HU or somewhere in the guage cluster (or navi if so equipped). Not worth the time or money.

If you are looking for an intergrated bluetooth system take a look at this link:

http://www.mitocorp.com/flash/tellphone.htm

Their system has a 100% OEM look. $300 and even comes in Black, Grey & Tan!!! Unless I see something better this one's going in the Z over the winter!!!

Have you heard any reviews of that system? I searched online and could not find any.

Installing the bluetooth controls from the '07 OEM bluetooth unit will probably be very similiar to the DIY for installing steering wheel audio controls. Look for the diy. It will give you a clue as to how you will probably have to do the install. Will definately require removal of steering wheel and modifying wiring.
