Default FARENHEIT 7000 Questions

So I want to install this screen in my 03 and I think I understand most of it as far as overall install goes, however here are my technical questions:

For power I can connect the red/black wires on the LCD to the HU etc to power this unit right?

Second, I would prefer to keep my Stock HU in place, this is the non-bose unit. Now I would like to connect a small DVD player or PS2 in the cubby behind the seats and I think all of this is duable. However as far as audio goes I want all of this to play through my OEM setup, does my HU have the capability to do this? If not how can this be done, thanks!

Well the screen is no problem, you connect the red wire to ither your HU or ignition wire and the black one to your ground. So that is out of the way. The ps2 will be tricky that it requires your HU to have audio input witch it does not. Will require allot of splicing and overall your sound quality will go down. Not to mention all the F'ups that might happen. It will be allot cheaper and easier if you just got a HU that hase multiple audio inputs and maybe plays DVD's. You will also run less wires.

I did this whole project a couple months ago, didnt take long. I bought a cheap HU that could play everything including DVD's brand new for $55.
