Hows everybody doing. well i will be putting together my first sound system and just wanted to know wht you guys think. I want it to hit hard but im on a limited budget may about 800-1000 dollars. Heres the list so far

1. 2 12 or 10 inch power acoustik subs

2. power acoustic 1920 watt amp.

3. Faranheit TID-850 all in one motorized flip out dvd player

4. Zenclosure box

What i need help on is the components i was thinking mb quarts. is there anything i can use that wouldnt require a spacer, also any suggestions on how i can improve the list would be great. Thamk you in advance, for your help.

 

The space behind the speakers without a spacer is very small. The $30 Zenclosure 1" bracket works well. Some here just cut the guts out of the one-piece front speakers ripping the guts out of the stock speaker and using it as a spacer.

 

do yourself a favor and dont get Power Acoustik equipment, your budget seems to be able to accomodate for something a bit better...

whats wrong with power acoustik if you dont mind me asking.

 

Power Acoustik = swap meet stereo equipment. No I take that back, I would take Pyramid or Rockwood over Power Acoustik.
