My opinions and love of PG aside, you wont hear the difference between the two amps. Go with the amp with the best watt to dollar ratio

 

Anyone got a hookup on the best deal on the Kicker ZX700.5? Looking around, looks like they go for a little more than I was thinking; around $300 or more...

Would you guys consider a factory refurbished one? They go on Ebay for around $200; that's a heck of a savings... worth the risk?

 

NO! Please don't do a refurbished one. Pay the little extra and get new. You'll be happier in the end.

If you change your mind and want to go with a 4 channel instead, I have a Brand New In The Box Hifonics ZX4400, $145 shipped. I paid more than that with shipping so my lost is your gain.
I bought it to install on gf's car for xmas but then got a Blaunkpunt on special immediately after, so the Hifonics has just been sitting in my room, untouched.
