Cool. Thanks for the heads-up. I was almost going to get one of those FM transmitters. I'm glad I held out.

BTW, at Amazon Marketplace they're going for $116 plus tax/shipping but they're around $125 at Amazon.com (before tax/shipping).

Perhaps someone else can find an even lower price.

how long does it take you to remove the stock deck? is it going to be hard to do it myself or I should take it to a stereo shop to do it.

So where did you mount the iPod?

I use mine all the time but have it connected via the cassette interface. I leave the iPod in the seat cup holder area but really don't like it there.

Really easy to install, its plug and play and works great! Direct connection sounds like CD quality.

Very nice find!

I've been thinking about that issue since I will place the iPod below the arm rest. My plan was to fashion a basic support piece out of wood and drape it in cloth but the iPod would still need to be plugged into the cable very carefully each time which would be a pain since I will be moving the iPod in and out of the car every day. This takes care of that entirely! As long as its size doesn't cause fitment issues inside the console, this would be well worth the cost. Thanks!
