Default Front speakers wiring for touring

Guys,

I am thinking of yanking out my Bose. Can I reuse the same speaker wiring on the front or do I have to run new wires?

The speaker has a different ohm/frequency?

The wires will work just fine.

Be concerned about the poor quality of the front speakers more than their impedance. They really need to be removed.

Yeah, I was going to run new wire just from my amp to behind the headunit and tap into the factory wiring there, but as I installed my headunit a few weeks ago, I decided it would be easier just to run the new wiring all the way out to the doors. That way I can also keep the crossovers for the front components in the cabin and not the doors. There's a great write-up here on how to run the wires out to the doors; looks like a fairly easy job (easier, anyway than dismantling the dash, sifting through wires trying to identify the correct ones and soldering taps in in that cramped space...).

Thanks guys. On my last coupe, I used Infinity Perfect for the components. I want to try something else. Any recommendations?

The Infinity Perfect was a pain to get it to sit flush with the grill and if I had turned the volume up, it would hit the grill.

So the fronts are not being powered by the bose amp L0L? Just by the headunit?

I am probably going to reuse the stock wiring if possible for my new components.

Btw, do I yank out any part of bose that I don't use or just disconnect it? It looks like there is just the amp and sub in the back? I haven't opened anything up yet.
