I've just check the battery and one the positive post, seems like this fused distribution block. One of it is connect and the other is free.

Was wondering if I can hook up my Amp's power cable to this second post. Any suggestions?

 

Should be able to no problem. I actually hooked my amp to the terminal with pre-existing wiring.
