so i just installed my ipod connector for my kenwood but ive run into a problem. I can browse the artist just fine but i have many artist with different albums. Is there anyway to choose which album after choosing the artist? I have a ddx-6019 if that helps

 

the ipod interface for the kenwood is extremely hard to use. i gave up, and i just uplug the ipod when i want to change songs. i hope they hurry and release a new interface.

 

The new interface for 07 will be the KCA-ip200 for regular audio and the KCA-ip300 for video. The only issue is these will only work on 07 product thru a new USB interface that they will have. Right now Alpine has the fastest adaptor that only works on one regular CD unit. It transfers at speeds of 57.6k/bps, the new Kenwood adaptor will transfer information at a speed of 12,000k/bps. It will also show album art on video units and also do video on the 07 video units. It will also search your music files just like an Ipod does. Your only solution will be to get an 07 video product with the new Ipod interface.
