please feel free to move this thread if its in the wrong forum,but I'm looking for recommendations on an alarm system,this would be the first alarm I've ever had in any of the 3 cars I've owned so far,so I'm a noob when it comes to alarms,but basically I'm not looking for something that just makes noise,I just want peace of mind that my cars safe and something that you can set the sensitivity so its not going off in the middle of the night cause the winds blowing too hard or something,lol

 

if a thief wants your car it doesnt matter what alarm you have. look around at DEI they manufacture Viper and Clifford and many other brands. Compare the feature and pick something that fits your needs.

my first choices were products from dei,but my buddy keeps telling me to just go to a best buy or circuit city and get something for like 150 installed,i'll look around when i have time,maybe get one that has features to roll down the windows and such
