Default Ok..I Know I'm going to be bashed...

This is for you guys with the factory Navigation and NO this is not asking if a DVD can be played....my navigation has been acting funny....I start my car and the door doesn't even open, so I press the button and the door opens and the screen doesn't go on!! Then sometimes when I start my car, the screen opens, pauses for a second and closes when the navigation screen doesn't come on. I REALLY use this navigation on a daily basis and I was wondering what this could be, I'm taking it to the dealer, but I'm afraid they'll look at it and say "there's nothing wrong with it" Anyone else have this problem?

no, and if the dealer says there's "not a problem" thats a bunch of crap and they need to fix it, there's obviously something wrong with it, you paid thousands of dollars for that car and every better work ****ing perfect, thats how i feel about it.

+1, Make them fix or replace it. especially since you seem to rely on it daily...

You have a 2005. Should be under warranty still. Take it back to get it fixed. Shouldn't cost you anything at all.

My 2005 had this problem. They replaced the actuator under warrenty. They may have to order one. So you might have to make two trips. One for them to investigate. and one trip when the part arrives. 2 hours to fix.
