Default Need Help Choosing Wheels

Ok..I need two simple questions answered..
I found a square set of new 18X9 TSW wheels DIRT cheap
and they are advertised as a *Mustang* fitment.

1)) These are advertised as *Mustang wheels*, but they have the same bolt pattern as the Z and the offset is 35, so they're very close to my OEMs which are 30 front and 33 rear. I also plan on using my current 15MM spacer, so I should be good to go????

2)Do TSW wheels have the *pockets* (spaces between lug holes) on the hub mounting surface to accommodate extended spacer studs? This isn't a deal breaker..I can cut em down.

Just need confirmation on this
Thanks..

That doesn't address my question.

I found this pic here..same size (diam wise)and color... same car color too.

What is the center bore? Bolt pattern is one thing, but center bore needs to fit, too!

UH...just use hub centric adaptor ring that comes with all aftermarket wheels to fit your car. This set is a typical 73+ bore..so ya just get an adaptor ring that's 73/61.1

Why is this offset a problem? They're within 5mm front and 2 mm rear? I bet these can be used without 15mm spacer. Do you have specific info on why they won't fit with this offset? I'm open to HARD DATA! Without spacers and 9" I calculate that they will be 17mm more inboard up front and 8mm more inboard in the rear. Does anyone here know if that would interfere with suspension in that case? Of course the 15mm spacer would move them way back out with no problems.

I'm not talking them interfering, I'm talking about them looking chitty from being sunken in too much. Hellasunk approved!

They will actually stick out a tad farther than my stock set up now! I'm switching to 9s...so taking new offset into consideration, they will STILL stick OUT 7mm further up front and 4mm farther out in the rear. That's not flush for sure, but it's MORE flush that stock now. That's WITHOUT the 15mm spacers I plan to put on

1) These wheels have been around forever, plenty of threads on them

2) The ones you posted are not the Thruxton

3) I had them prior, $525 is not a deal it's basically their going rate.

4) I don't recall if they had pockets in the back of the wheels.

5) 18x9 +35 is fine (but not very aggressive at all and not worth it IMO)

6) I would keep your stock wheels and get spacers rather than Thruxtons. They are very heavy wheels and my car felt sluggish with them on.

Thanks..they're MONDELLO. I just got 15mm spacers for my stock wheels. What I was thinking>>>If I got these..I would leave those spacers on.
Anway..my other choice (for $700 more shipped though) are the ROTA Torques:
18X9.5 all around.. 28MM offset wil stick out far enough for my taste since they're 9.5.

The price on the Rotas is really close to Enkei Rxxx pricing. I'd find some used LMGT4s or G35 Ray's if I was trying to save money.
