Sweet deal. My bro wants one of these. I'll let him know that you're the man to deal with. Tell me how he needs to go about getting one. He's ready to go!

Phsical size is the same as 6019, But has a much much much nicer GUI, and Bery fast I-Pod interface, Not to mention it is a lot more user friendly.

I-Pod interface with usb is faster then the Alpine interface.

If anyone is interested in buying this unit, simply call me 603-642-4222
Credit card preffered.

Or you can paypal payment. at an additional 2%

What I am trying to figure out is if it is DVD based navigation and how many slots it has. I was planning on getting the Pioneer D3 which has a single slot so I am comparing it to that one.

That other post looks very familiar :O

It is a Flash memory for the Navigation, which means you can do cd or DVD simultaneous. No taking disc in or out for Navigation. This is almost exactly what I posted in the other post.

Anyone know which IPOD connection youre supposed to use with this headunit. Kenwoods website says to use the KCA-iP300V but i called Kenwood and he recommended the KCA-iP500. Supposedly has a better interface?

He said the ip300v is limited?

And are either of these out yet?

Not much info out there on this unit. I will probably stick with the Pioneer Avic D-3 which can be had for $850

Whoever you spoke to is totally wrong. The new USB high speed connectors are the KCAip200V and the Kcaip300V. The only difference is that the 300V has an extra plug for the video. If you have a nano then you would use the 200V. The Kcaip200V is out and the Kcaip300V is scheduled to ship in the next 10 days. The Kcaip500 is the older interface which everyone hates.
