Well, it turned out to be fine. I got a Kenwood Excelon 1000 watt Amp instead for the subs cause they had it on clearance, checked some reviews on it and heard good things so I said F- It, and got it instead of the JL Audio 500/1 (saved myself at least $250 because they were selling it for $500 clean). He installed the amp so clean right inside where the Bose sub is normally. Instead of putting it on the bottom, he hung it up on the top with it facing down, you gotta bend down pretty low to look for it which I think is great (love the stealth). The box was installed perfect (Got the two JL Audio W3v2 subs in a JL Audio Stealth box for 250) and it's sturdy. Installation was 65 an hour, it took 2 hours then 90 flat fee for the amp. $50 for the amp kit and total was like 550. It sounds freaking amazing and I don't regret it one bit. I was jamming at lights and heads were turning (I normally don't do this, but I was way too excited). So for a rough total of 800 I'd say, not bad at all.

Subs, and yes I know I could do it myself, but that is time I don't have. Plus the dude I got the box from didn't give me the hardware for it so they had to come up with something.
All is well though nor do I mind paying the two hours of work.
