Default My new audio

I finally got around to installing my old gear in my new car...

Deck is a Kenwood KDC-X869
Sirius Starmate tuner is located in the sunglass holder
Amp is a Sony ES XM-7547 (The last non-sucky amp Sony made)
Cap is a Blitz 2 Farad
Enclosure is by Z Enclosures
Subs are two 10" Boston Pro 10.4LF's
All cable and power parts are Monster Cable

Here's the pics (excuse the horrible lighting. Sun was not cooperating):

looks good. those boston pro 10's were some nice subs. Any pics of the starmate in the sunglass holder? I'm assuming that you have it where you open the sunglass holder and the display is visible? That would be a great use of otherwise unusable space!

Everyone has there own way of doing things, but I put my sirius antenna right where the windshield meets the windshield behind the three gauges.

No problems with reception. Nice amp, a classic.

Those old school Boston's are BUILT! Did you get any of them off E-Bay? I recently sold one there.

Also - here's a suggestion for your Sirius attena. I mounted mine in the middle of the dash, right up under the windshield, between the defrost vents. It's out of the way, gets good reception and looks like it belongs there. That magnet WILL scratch your paint if not already. It did mine.

I did get them off eBay, but that was about 6 years ago.
