This past weekend i tried to change the bose head unit and add on two 10" subs. Well i get all the stuff pluged in and only the subs work with the head unit. Couldnt figure out why my head unit wasnt working. Then i made a few calls and found out that the bose is "special" and the speakers could only be powered by the bose HU. My question is, how are you guys that are replaceing the bose system getting past this? My head unit is a Jensen CM720K i had this in my Nissan Xterra for two years and it worked great. So how can i get this head unit to work? THe people i talked to said you have to change all the speakers and all the wires for it to work. Now that sucks. So if anyone could please inform me that would be great.
