I agree. I have had a few custom made ported 10 and 12 inch enclosures, and sure they were loud with little power, but most of my sealed 10's get lower. The down side to sealed is you need more power to get as loud as a ported. And i guess some people don't like the tightenss of a sealed. i actually prefer it.
