I got one stuck while it was changing cds. Took it to the dealership and they had to replace the unit. Hopefully, you dont have to do the same thing.

Sounds like an excuse to rip out the factory CD player.

no way to get it out unless it decides to remove its paws and let you have it back. of course taking it out of the dash and ripping it apart works. mostly people under warranty return to the dealer to find out they will be getting a new head unit and if they are lucky will get their cd's back in about 4-6 weeks time. Good luck!

Often times if you take out the fuse for the radio or unplug the unit it will reset it and then it will give the cd back.

Consider this as just an opportunity to replace the junk H/U with decent after-market equipment. And, while your at it, add an amp, and swap out the door speaker components as well. Forget about replacing the rear speakers (just turn them off).

hmmm... this kinda sux. it's been stuck in there for about 3 months now.... i tried unplugging the battery to reset it and that didnt work. when i hit eject it sounds like it's ejecting but nothing comes out. no cd's will go in either.... actually ijust assume there's a cd in there because since i bought it i couldnt put a cd in and the only thing that makes sense to me is that there's already one in there and that's y i cant put a cd in.

Take it apart yourself. Take your time and make sure you remember which screw goes where. I had a CD get stuck in my is300 cd changer so i took it apart and took the stuck cd out. it worked fine after that. goodluck!

Whats the point in worrying about it ????? Just take it to Nissan .. they will fix it within an hour or order you a new cd player!
