Default need some opinions

While looking at the 2x10 Zenclosures on ebay i came across the fiberglass enclosures . imo i think the fiberglass looks better. My question is do they perform the same? Are there any drawbacks on either box? Fit,sound, looks, durablity?

Thanks ahead of time.

Thanks ahead of time.

I have the 2x10 Zenclosure understrut. I love it. The fit is very snug,(perfect) and the sound is great. I like the looks for its flush, front of strut and back of strut. Being flush, makes it hard to see, unless your hands are cupped over the back hatch glass, trying to see inside.

I am not sure if the fiberglass enclosure you are referring is from Nazar,,if so,,,he makes great stuff as well. I think both enclosures are awesome..

I would PM both Mike and Nazar, maybe they can give you more insight to the sound you are looking for.

I hope this helps.

PS...both Nazar and Mike are great guys in which to do business.

I bought one from Wicked CAS (Nazar) and its been great. It housed two 10W7's without a problem. My only negative view on it was that it seemed rather flimsy so i reinforced it with another layer or two of glass just to cut down on the vibrations.. If you just plan on housing a standard 10" sub in one of these, then either one will do awesome.

only problem I've seen with alot of fiberglass boxes is that they dont seperate the chambers,on the dual or triple setup boxes that is.
