For those of you that have installed component speakers, where did you mount the crossovers? I was hoping I could fit them beneath the kick panels for accesibility. Any help would be appreciated and also what type of speakers are you using?

 

If you look at any of the install threads you'll probably see that most of them are in the door panel. That's just my sense of it from having looked around in here a lot.

I put them near the mids in the doors. Go down a couple of posts and you'll see. Also I put a link in there for more photos.

I got your PM and responded pretty much with the same reply as others have posted here. Removing the kick panels is about a 2 minute operation - once you get your crossovers pull out the kick panels and test fit them. Keep us posted as to what you find out.
