I think my vote would go for the Adire Audio Brahma. I would have definitely used it in my install had there reputation not go down the drain.

Dave, your right, I do indeed love the Seas, but now that I've gone this route I defintely am I going to wonder what if I tried a different subwoofer. Well thats why we buy other cars for I guess. We'll defintely try some other high-end equipment next time around, the Bravox line mentioned earlier in this thread looks intriguing. We can set those up with some Morel Supremo 3-ways (when they come out) and some audison amps. Oh boy here I go again, and I haven't even come down to pick up my car yet.

I was using a 5 channel Reference Soundstream amp, pushing 2 sets of Boston Acoustic seperates and 1 Orion 10DVC in an bandpass box.
That set up made most larger setups bow in shame due to the professional install I had, as well as a Kendwood digital 6volt processor.

The old 10" SPLs I had were being driven by a Kenwood 2channel bridged @2ohm pushing out 400watts. I swapped the SPLs for a set of 12" ORION DVCs for a few years, then went to the space/weight saving single 10"DVC mentioned earlier.

It's time for me to catch up on all the new tech out there and do an install in my truck.

Good sub ... not the best though. Maybe if you had to have one single sub ... it'd be a good choice .. but you can do better

these sound good at moderate level(sound quality wise). I sold some PG subs to this guy that had two of em in a ported box. At high volume...wow, just wow, talk about a punch in the stomach.

either way, i am sure its good stuff, but i gaveu p on looking deeper into them after that...

b

gotta say that at the last show i was at , the guy was pushing bravox, this and bravox that he whe would do 160 on the TL no problem best sub ever

basically a wealth of **** out of his mouth

so because of his character i have no confidence in what he says about anything let alone Bravox

anyway he had a 2005 civic trunk 1 each bravox ported 12" 2150 efx battery 5000 watt amp 144 on tl outlaw far from 160

i do not know of a trunk car that does 160 with a single sub ever on a TL
