Default Blew something??

OK here is the deal. I have a 03 with bose. I got a Pioneer 5700 touch screen tv. Well i tried hooking it up with a metra kit.. Hooked up all the wires. Had the blue and whites hooked up. With no sound. So i called metra and got the tech line. The guy said try hooking it up with the red wires. So when i pulled the tape off the red wires it touched my CD player. The screen went back in and wouldnt come back out. To make sure the DVD player worked i hooked it up to a battery. It works. So i hooked up the Stock HU and when i plug it in you can hear it sounds like its loading a CD. And thats all it does. So what did i blow up??? I checked the fuses and coundlnt find a blown 1. ANY ideas?

To clarify a little more it's acting like my ACC is not even on. The only sound i get is when i push the eject button to pop out a cd.
I decided to start the car up. It drives fine... But. I have no illumination on my gauges Driver and center gauges. The digital display is not on and my low tire pressure light is on. The center gauges were not hooked up at the time it shorted out.

Check the fuses in the fuse box under the hood. I had a similar situation. Fuse box is under the cover near the battery I believe. If those are all good, check the interior fuse box, driver's side, down low.
