How may square feet of Dynamat Extreme?
Since I am sure many of you have already done this (and I searched and searched I swear I did ! ) how many feet of Dynamat Extreme or comparable sound deadening material does it take to cover the inside of a 350z? Since "inside" is a bit vague let me say the floorboards, firewall, doors, trunk ... just about anywhere but the roof (doesn't need it does it?) and the engine space.
This will be the first phase of what I hope to be a truly awesome SQ (as though we don't all wish for that right?) capable vehicle so I want to start it out right. Suggestions are always welcome, helpful ones are preferred. Thanks in advance.

I know this was covered a couple months ago in a post......
but, I covered the areas you mentioned and used 75sq.ft. 1 layer on everything....the doors of course got the lion's share (1 layer each on outer door skin, inner door skin, plastic trim panel)
BTW, you can find cheaper products that perform just as well if not better than Dynamat Extreme.
