This is a long shot but i figured i would try. I have spent months trying to fine tune my system to sound very balanced and full but just can't seem to get it right. I am looking for help from someone who has the system deck and speakers that could offer tips.
Pioneer Premier DEH-880PRS head unit
Focal K2P's in the Wicked Cas kick panel
I am looking for someone who has the same speaker and deck to tell me how they have their equalizer settings set to get the sound they like. You are able to fine tune so much on this unit that i find it very hard to get everything balanced. Any help or ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't have that setup but I used a real time equalizer display (pc software) running on a laptop and hooked up to a high quality mic from my yamaha home theater receiver to read in pink noise (which I had recorded onto a CD) - and then used that real time display (while the car was idling even), to help smooth out the spikes from speaker response, ambient noise, etc using an Alpine parametric eq (separate box). I was looking for a flat response and I got it - not sure that's what you're looking for??
