iPod in the Z
I hooked mine up through my alpine xm reciever. Most aftermarket radios come with or have the option for an auxillary input. I also put my remote where the heater switches go. I have an Enthu. so no heater switches. I keep my ipod in the glove box to hide it.
Your best bet is to hold out for this.

This is designed for the old style iPods, so if you just bought a new iPod, they will be releasing one to fit it shortly. There are other FM transmitters out there, and they are not very good (including the one Apple has on their online store). The iTrip actually produces good results, and you can pick any frequency in the FM spectrum, so you can find the deadest spot in your spectrum and get the best performance there.
If you have an aftermarket stereo, you can go the above mentioned route, but for stock application, this is your best bet.
